Great pay and that’s really it.

Cons

A lot of nepotism and people claiming to be electricians that cannot even wire a three way switch. Friends and Family get hired on as unlicensed journeyman and get promoted to foreman that know nothing about electrical. There’s been cases of human tracking, terrible company and culture

Pay is good and lots of hours. Working 7 12s right now 100 a day per diem.

Cons

Management seems to be far more disorganized than what I'm used to. And that's really saying something. Could just be my branch/job. Also they seem to be very fast to hire and even faster to fire. I understand the strategy to try and keep the good help and Forman but sometimes it seems that they'll sacrifice people for no good reason.
