Didn’t like the site I worked on. Boss never helped- stayed crazy hours to get things completed on my own.

Corporate and regional are so confusing and don't help, no maintenance and vendors won't come. Don't ask questions they look down on that, teach yourself if the uppers do it differently they'll tell you and then you'll know. The keys were given then everyone left, terrible training, run down dilapidated housing. Regional was everything you don't want over you, liar who'll find fault in you and blame you for everything. Some residents were great, some gang banging drug dealers. Confusion and know one to help. Even the vendors won't come, no pay or slow pay. No maintenance so in essence I did everything, in which regional said was my job. They don't care about you or the residents, if you do you'll fight them all the way. HUD money is what they're after. Just don't apply it was mentally anguishing.
