      Pros

      Somewhat of decent management. Work from home makes the job a little better

      Cons

      Terrible pay and benefits and extremely repetitive. Upper management keeps asking over and over again for input on what changes the company should make, and how to improve the workplace. Yet nothing changes

      Nice co-workers, education benefits are great.

      Cons

      Administration is blind to abusive and ineffectiveness of management to lead wisely and humbly. Egos rule and ruin the lowly worker's efforts to do their job. You'll need to take some mental health days if you work in the EMRT area.
