Pros

Upbeat culture, cooperative working style. Easy to get vacation time approved. No holidays or weekends required. Floating is infrequent and pretty seamless because the process is the same at all sites. You get 45-60 minute lunches almost every day. Never ever don't get at least 30 mins to eat. Low stress!

Cons

A little repetitive and boring. Fair amount of time spent on low-skill tasks like stocking. Pay isn't amazing. Not a very diverse workforce.

Old management got canned and the new management is so much better. Finally get treated with respect, kindness, understanding.

Downsides: sometimes patients can be very upset and it would be good to have more crisis traininf
