Pros: good hours, bonuses, pay is competitive with what I would be making in the hospital with my years of experience.

Cons

Highly regulated, nurses are low on the totem pole at MNGI. Policies are very strict (could be good or bad depending in the situation)

My co-workers were truly the only redeeming part of my experience here. Learned a lot about what I deserve from an employer. I was gaslit to feel like my standards were too high reaching for my job. I want to be clear: MNGI has money. A lot of it. Enough where it could pay its workers to actually have living wages in Minneapolis. They choose not to.

Cons

This isn't even worth my energy. If you're reading this and considering working here, please don't.
