Great Employer, Behind on the Times

Pros

MNGI seems to truly care about their patients and their employees which is amazing. They really try to make sure the work they do it positive and beneficial.

Cons

I left the company because I wanted to start a family - their maternity leave only offers 4 weeks of disability payments at 60% of your pay. It seems like they care about the “appearance” of a positive workplace, but obviously don’t value mothers or women as their employees. It is so sad to see such a progressive company be so behind on the times. I hope they make this change for future employees.

Good place to work with a few exceptions

Good pay and benefits, lots of opportunity for advancement, PDO, regular work schedule

Cons

Poor communication, some employees who are preceptors should not be, they tend to get carried away with their position and treat their coworkers with disrespect-in my experience. Manager seems out of touch at times with what is happening within the department. Difficult to feel part of a team when most people work remotely

average benefits but you will sit up and beg for them so....

Cons

divisive management actions and narcissistic behavior atone for the decline in satisfaction of patients and employees. They will not fire some supervisors who may eventually get them sued in court.
