Pros

Great company culture, woman friendly organization. Good benefits and company match for 401k. Plenty of opportunities to move to different areas of the company. Team environment and friendly people.

Cons

I would not recommend the centralized scheduling department. Manager expects perfection from the staff. Little positive feedback. Your every move both on and off the phone is monitored. High turnover in this department. Outside of that, I can’t think of any major cons.

High Deductible Health Plans only even though the rest of the benefits options are great

Sometimes short staffed and they will look at only numbers versus work load.
