Pros

If you're just looking to push boxes this isn't the worst place to do it, they've got that part figured out. Commissions payouts are transparent and payments are prompt.

Cons

To me, it's obvious many/most of the five-star reviews here are bogus. Start reading the three-star reviews and below if you want to understand what it's like here. I find "truth" or "mostly truth" in the one, two, and three-star reviews. The bottom line, there are plenty of better options for salespeople. Don't make the same mistake I made with this place.

Pros

-I worked for KC in Chicago; awesome boss and awesome coworkers. -Great resources/engineers. -Ownership will treat you like family. A lot of companies say this... they actually do it, and it's authentic. -You're able to sell technology other VARs cant. -You have to work, but the pay is incredible once you're rolling. -This is a great place to bring your book. They'll take care of your clients.

Cons

-Not enough cheetos in the vending machines. -Don't hire your uber drivers. You know who I'm talking about.
