It will mainly depend on the Partner and Sr. Manager you are working with but generally the work culture is good, Lots of learning and collaboration between service lines. Flexibility to work from home/office. Focus mainly on tasks and networking rather than on how much time employees are in the office i.e. result-oriented approach.
