It will mainly depend on the Partner and Sr. Manager you are working with but generally the work culture is good, Lots of learning and collaboration between service lines. Flexibility to work from home/office. Focus mainly on tasks and networking rather than on how much time employees are in the office i.e. result-oriented approach.

Switching from project to project or from one client to another and being able to retain all the past information. DEI challenges
