bad manager, lack of roles led to a lot of running around.

The hours are flexible and the management does work with you

Cons

Being appreciated is next to impossible unless your management, raises are hard to come by and mod will use you in the worse ways. The message they promote and what they do are 2 completely different things. If you need money its great otherwise its horrible.
