Pros
It's a paycheck every two weeks. Tips are decent. Free squad meal. Opportunities to try new deployments.
Cons
Pretty much none of the so-called benefits actually apply to 99% of the crew. You have to be working 36 hrs/week for months to qualify for insurance (pet or self). Even captians don't work that much. Don't expect decent management either. They just promote whatever brainwashed child they hired at a young, vulnerable age.
