No pros i could say. Flaky management and if you are not their favorite you will be required to come in sick. As well as being told that sick/safe time can not be used. On top of that, be given a deadline or job will be lost because of the lack of management or profits cared more about then employees and employees burned out. Working long hours or having to come back and close because of flaky employees and management waiting months to fire when it needed to be done sooner. In the end of it, 20 dollars for what is being asked and there are so many better options out there for jobs. Would have stayed longer if choices in management had been different and the value hadn't gone down.
