      Used to be a people place..

      Pros

      Benefits Benefits Benefits and pay isn't to shabby when factoring in the free shift meals, PTO, flexible schedule and no drug test.

      Cons

      Went corporate and started outsourcing managers instead of promoting from within. Shift leads are held accountable for a lot of managerial duties and it creates a barrier between the two positions. Being expected to do your bosses job when they're unable to do yours discourages a lot of good hard workers.

      Free food. Nice workers Good music

      Cons

      I literally quit during my on-boarding process because he was pretty much disappointed that I didn’t have the pizzas meomorized and he was telling me by next week, I need to have them memorized like I haven’t made one pizza, how are you going to give me a sheet of paper and tell me to memorize them without actually letting me work and giving me the opportunity to work hands on first. I’ve worked at MANY food places And have never had anyone with such ridiculous requirements. I don’t spend my life studying mod pizza + I have a full time 40 hour job, which I told him so the fact that he has such unrealistic expectations makes sense on why he can’t keep a good employee. I know my worth and refuse to be set up for failure. I got hired Thursday, started Monday.

      Pros

      - very open environment, very collaborative - If you care about making a positive social impact, then come here! - welcoming environment and you can truly be yourself at work here. A lot of companies say that but MOD really stands by it. People come from all different walks of life. I learn so much from my peers everyday. - My boss is incredible and genuinely cares about my growth, and me as a person. I haven’t experienced that at any company before. - Everyone around me genuinely cares about helping others. I wake up and feel like I have purpose when I’m going to work.

      Cons

      The only con is the 401k. You have to wait a bit for it, and there’s no contribution at this time. I can look past that for now though.
