      Lots of passionate people putting their best effort forward

      Cons

      Very little structure, lots of leadership that make emotional decisions. Personal development was very minimal.

      2nd Chance Company with amazing benefits!!

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling Full benefits after 90 days plus sick and vacation pay No discrimination 2nd Chance employment Easy ladder to climb. Most promotions come from within AGMs are paid about $17 an hour plus tips which puts you at least at $23 an hr GMs start at 50k and as long as you run your store accordingly you will hit every bonus. Bonus begins at 500 and keeps going up.

      Cons

      Hiring of minors. Not enough base pay as a squad for adults who have bills to pay especially if they have children.
