Pros

Inclusiveness/ diversity: accepting of LGBTQIA+, people with criminal records, people with mental disabilities. Employee assistance programs: have something called the "Bridge Fund", which is donation funded and used to help employees in times of crisis. Benefits (at full time)

Cons

DON'T PAY LIVABLE WAGES TO EMPLOYEES!! Slow to make necessary changes, but quick to make superficial ones. Poor upper management. Sub-Par training Lack of hours: when promoted to Capitan, was told guaranteed, 35 hrs per week, I average less than 30. (General manager says higher up will not approve promised number of hours)
