They will hire practically anyone.

Cons

All they care about is numbers. Overwork their managers " captains", and claim they care about people; and their outside life however only care about "business needs". Disregarding that people still have families. Upper management claiming it is just the sacrifice you have to make to earn a living. Even though they should pay their employees more for what they expect of them. Where our store is Mcdonalds across the street's starting rate is higher than what our "Captains" make. It's ridiculous. Working 40 hours a week still not making enough to support a family.
