Always super busy, pay doesn’t increase unless you advance, still a ton of responsibilities, lots of kids working, no one wants to do their job, there were training videos that they never showed us. Small amounts of training

need better management, always having to go in on my days off, no benefits for people who are not captains, having to stay pass your scheduled time, and your opinion doesn't matter if your not a captain.

Pros

There were great people to work with, you as a person have to work fast and as perfectly as you can. Interesting range of customers, as well as the interesting Mod Squad members.

Cons

They prefer you to have previous restaurant experience as well as Certification in administering alcoholic drinks. People in line don't understand how much time it will take to make their orders if the line is going out of the door. Staff in the restaurant will get lectured if the store is slammed and are doing their best to keep pace. You will get lectured due to customers leaving online reviews when the even if a wide birth of the comments is positive, the negativity of that person was complaining they did not like the person if they are having an off day. Anything you say can be repeated to the manager even if it wasn't all that important and was joking small talk trying to get to know your co-workers.
