Always super busy, pay doesn’t increase unless you advance, still a ton of responsibilities, lots of kids working, no one wants to do their job, there were training videos that they never showed us. Small amounts of training

need better management, always having to go in on my days off, no benefits for people who are not captains, having to stay pass your scheduled time, and your opinion doesn't matter if your not a captain.
