Worked at Mod over the summer and it was overall a great experience. Managers and higher ups were very approachable and nice to even part time employees.

Cons

They were unorganized at times, but didnt really affect the work environment.

Great people to work with - they work hard and care about the people. I love the mission and makes you want to work hard -- you get flexibility though and empowered to make initiatives happen. You can truly own your job and move the company forward.

Cons

Fast paced and changing but good if you like that!
