      Pros

      Good team energy, fast paced, you get to rotate your position every shift, the corporation is not stingy and provides employees with a meal every shift, there is plenty of opportunity for advancement, managers work alongside all other team members.

      Cons

      the work eventually gets very repetitive despite the constant rotation.

      The most thoughtful group of people I have ever worked for. Focused on scaling not only the business, but the purpose- which drives the exceptional culture. Everyday I am proud that I work for MOD.

      Cons

      It is busy and it is hard work, not for the faint of heart.
