Strong Culture, strong development, growth opportunities and transparent leadership. Consistent in expectations, lots of support both emotional and physical to help you achieve goals. Those who normally don't succeed are apparent underperformers, and it is not a secret to them.

Cons

While growth exists it is slow. Pay below market value but they try to stay competitive. 401k match and bonus potential also low.

I'm offered benefits medical dental, pay, only 45 hrs work week. Free pizza fun atmosphere, chill environment and fun people to work with

Cons

District management or to waist your time once they hire you. You will be waiting months before you actually start.
