-Pay is extremely fair -Upper Management is extremely invested in the success of these restaurants -Tons of room for upward mobility

Cons

-Busy times can be stressful due to tremendous volume -Brand still developing itself so some procedures continuously change -Inconsistent schedule due to food industry needs
