      Pizza is good and a free one with each shift cool people fun times that's all I have to say

      Cons

      There is always stuff to do and while that seems ok it isn't. Your always expected to work harder than you're being payed for and the hours arnt as flexible as I once thought. It seems like the company gets stricter every week.

      Great people Hard work +GOOD ADDITUDE is rewarded with promotions and better hours Free pizza every shift Super fun atmosphere Depending on your location, you will interact with high-ups in the company. If you make the effort, that's a networking opportunity because MOD loves to promote from within. MOD can be a fantastic summer job for youngsters or a good start to a career, MOD IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT.

      Cons

      Quality of environment is dependent on location. Some managers can be difficult to work under. But, if you do your job right and have a good mentality it will be fun regardless.
