      Great product and Great concept.

      Cons

      General Managerial positions seem to be a gateway to treat their "TEAM"poorly. They seem to have problems with company policies, training, and labor regulations.

      Pros

      The people first and foremost. They're cool and make the hard work fun. The company is growing fast and I notice that people are getting promoted and trained to move up, sometimes after only being there for a short time. The food is really good and the customers are nice.

      Cons

      I heard someone was called stupid on their first day because he didn't do something right. Not cool. Sometimes I do feel like it's just a pizza job.
