Pros

Some of the people were nice and they had decent food. Things were decently fast and you were allowed to be yourself for the most part.

Cons

I was paid under minimum wage, one of the captions constantly called everyone lazy, one day we were brushing things on the floor to clean up from cleaning the line and I was waiting to sweep it all up in one sitting and I was called slow. I got the flu and had a fever for 4 days and called into work and then I got fired. Sorry I'm not going to show up when I have a fever of over 100° and touch other people's food.

Pros

Better pay than most food/retail positions (including tips), time off uuuuuusually granted, very lax on employee physical appearance.

Cons

I have to FIGHT to get my breaks, and if I (or my co-workers) politely mention that we have gone over 4 hours without so much as a 10-minute break, we are reprimanded. Often I've gone over 7 hours without a 30-min break. I understand that lunch/dinner rush is a tidal wave, but please, captains, manage your time better and understand that your workers are doing their best. Schedule changes are often posted overnight with an "oh well, good luck!" attitude should you not be there the day before to notice them. Personal requests for scheduling are often ignored by anyone who isn't used to making the schedule (substitute GMs, DMs, etc). Sexual harassment has been swept under the rug by the district manager and problem employees have been granted second, third, fourth chances- this is not an environment I wish to be a part of.

The staff is supportive and fun, great fit for students or minimum wage workers in need of a leg back into the workforce, wide variety of tasks to be completed and a spot for everyone somewhere

Cons

employ various ex-cons/ down on their luck individuals and let them take charge in a high stress environment this is not always good.
