Pros

Product is pretty good, customers are amazing and understanding when the store is busy and it may take a bit longer then expected. There are some solid people working for the company, however they aren't always recognized.

Cons

Micromanaging is expected, The executive team has a huge opportunity to be servant leaders and not wear two faces...a bully or sweet story tellers, mostly about themselves! You never know what you are going to get, but you can bet there will be some yelling, backstabbing, and crushed souls.

Pros

You move up really quickly in the company. I Had 2 promotions in the one year I have worked here.

Cons

You go home smelling like garlic everyday. When you are understaffed and the line is out the door it can be pretty hard to keep a positive attitude.
