      Pros

      The people in this company are like nothing I've ever seen. We are all driven by our purpose help the community to support each other. Very tight-knit. I feel cared about as an individual. I'm a second-chance hire (meaning I have a criminal record) and I worked my way up from in the stores to a job at our corporate office that would never have imagined I could have.

      Cons

      Perhaps slightly lower pay than market average - but the other job benefits make up for it.
