-free meal every shift -the employees I have worked with are all so great to be around -a great environment to work in

- upper management always breathes down our neck: they know how to ruin a day - high school drama from adults, petty and annoying

Cons

Hours dependent upon business. If it is slow, expect to be sent home early. You are expected to make a pizza start to finish (including cooking) in less than 8 minutes regardless of how busy you are. Focus is on speed not genuine customer interactions and service.
