      Pros

      MORSE embodies a company culture that many other companies strive for or try to exemplify throughout interviews. There is passion behind the work the company does, strong work ethic amongst employees, company-wide appreciation of employees and drive for employee growth. All without sacrificing flexibility and work-life balance. The company is also very transparent and communication throughout the levels within the organization is very strong.

      Pros

      The people and management are great! Fun place to work. It is 100% co-op friendly. Coops are given real tasks, not just something to fill up their timesheets. They are challenged and pushed to become better professionals in the future. Many former co-ops are now full-time employees.

      Cons

      Company is growing so the culture is evolving. Lots of unfamiliar faces around making it harder to get to know people.
