I quit this company with in 4 months. As per my experience during this period the front facing teams like IT, HR and recruitment teams are very irresponsible. An unprofessional working environment with poor management. If you're joining from an MNC, it will be very difficult to survive in this environment as they still rely on emails for any kind of queries and as usual people simply ignores your email. I worked as part of the design team, if people who are joining to their deign team pls think twice. You doesn't have any scope for learn and grow here as there's a lot of favoritism here. And as usual they do not follow any kind of process here. Just do and deliver is their design teams moto.
