Everything is good if there are projects

Pros

Culture and benefits are good for experienced people but freshers are not treated well as i saw. Note that i am not a freshers but i can see freshers ate getting terrified with the rules that they have for freshers.

Cons

If you are not in projects for couple of days like one or two weeks then you are in very high risk from day 1 of bench to get laid off suddenly without any notice even if you were working there in projects for 3-4 years.

Nothing as such. Monthly salary's if you submit your timesheets correctly Most of the thing are fake

Cons

- Non Technical Managers are here driving technical thing, very micro management. Some managers are so rude that they shout on the call in front of the team, don't know how to behave , destroying work environment by putting so much pressure, without any process knowledge they are leading the team. - Work life balance is zero. - No ethics and good work environment. - Bossy environment. - False promise. - HR may ask you to leave company any time.
