- HR department is one the worst. They don't even listen to employees problems or provide proper induction. - Senior Management is the second worst in this company. Managers do politics and Micromanagement. No freedom for employees at all. - Zero work ethics and professionalism. - New recruits are not hired based own their skill set. They get hired if they are relatives to higher management or belong to a certain community of the CEO. - No Career growth
