Good friendly environment. Peoples around you are very helpful and they speak Telegu(TS, AP), so you can express your work-related issues directly in your mother tongue (Whose actually from Telangana, AP) Very few clients but actually good, but I never worked for any client but I heard few good things from my colleagues. On-time salary, it's the mid-level company so you can take emergency leaves with just RM approval (As I mostly worked on internal projects so I have not much idea about client level approvals for such leaves). People around you got very good hikes along MT Pay. So you will get good hikes + MTPAY if you stay here for more than one year and based on your performance. As I'm doing as WFH, I can't comment on the office environment and food, or office location... One thing is Vizag office location heaven :) As I always believe that every object has there own defects so let's discuss for them in the cons section.
Cons
Let's discuss them one by one. Note: The following written points all are based on my opinion. 1. You will see a deplorable guys around you, as they come up with basic technical skills and sadly are at the Technical Architectures Position. So prey to the good before you work with such types of guys. (Here our gods are our managers :) ) 2. Sometimes an ASSOCIATE SWE Can rule you, your team members, and your project too. So be prepared for it. 3. You need to work day and nights in some time (Weekends too), As I was worked till 3 am for project delivery. Even later you need to check in at the right time so no one is bothered about you. 4. You need to be ready with good miracle algorithms as they will ask any human impossible or paid plugin tasks for free of cost. 5. They will ask timeline for every work for as I said at the 4th point. 6. Keep checking your teams or outlook 24/7 as you will notice at any point in time. I saw such things here 7. I have seen a few people who are in my project, they are always pushing you into a bad situation. As they are always playing such safe games.
