      Pros

      Got the chance to work on challenging and diverse client projects. Exposure to international clients and real-time project responsibilities. Timely salary payments and decent work infrastructure.

      Cons

      Lack of transparent communication in certain internal processes. Decisions sometimes taken without giving employees a chance to clarify or explain their side. HR process during exit was not clearly communicated, leading to confusion and stress. Need better coordination between project managers(PMO) and HR during billing or timesheet discussions.
