      - Little growth opportunity in certain roles - Frequently handled tasks outside of a Developer or Designer role - Small team means it’s hard to disconnect entirely

      Focus on keeping employees connected while working remotely Tight-knit feel Everyone works together towards common goals; everyone is willing to jump in to help a co-worker, I've NEVER heard anyone say "that's not my job" and be unwilling to help Senior Leadership & CEO visibility and accessibility Big focus around community service; whole company participates in community service initiatives together

      None that I can think of. It's reaffirmed daily that coming to MP was the best decision in my career.
