      Pros

      MassPay has been nothing but great since day 1. I feel really lucky that I got this job! The work itself is fun, (as you get to talk to clients all day), and it picks your brain, (which I love). You really do learn a lot. And, you get to learn all of this information among really fun, nice individuals! In a short amount of time, I've formed some really good relationships, with some really great people. MassPay is forever stuck with me....

      Pros

      Ownership really cares about employees and clients. Great products and services. Great benefits and a family friendly company. Ownership is always looking to help employees improve themselves and grow professionally and personally. MassPay also takes it's role in the community very seriously and supports many local non-profits. They even formed their owned 501C3 organization, Fed Up With Cancer, that raises money for cancer prevention and treatment. They are a first class company!

      Cons

      With any payroll company, they are very busy around the holidays with year-end tasks but MassPay works hard to accommodate schedules.

      Ability to work hybrid/remote, that's about it

      Cons

      Narcissistic management who spend all day on pointless Zoom calls while workhorses get overwhelmed with work and are underpaid. Unless you are a favorite, good luck getting a real bonus or raise. Seen tons of talented employees leave when they realized what's what.
