      Pros

      They have really good intentions to be a good employer and to be a good resource to their customers.

      Cons

      They are not a tech company, the resell a technology so don't be fooled. There is not great leadership on the GTM side. Just look at the turnover. The sales team is re-orged on whims. Kinda cultish culture.

      Amazing Compensation Plan, Incentives, Trips, and Development. My career and experience has grown considerably since joining MP! Our CRO is always available to help me close deals along with my VP, who is always supporting me in the field.
