      Pros

      Good benefits including healthcare, vision, and dental, retirement fund and employee matching program. Depending on the job, you are rewarded for experience and there are opportunities for growth. Coworkers and managers are kind and I have seen no favoritism or workplace politics going on. Overall this is a great place to work.

      Starting salary could be better.
