Decent benefits, PTO and salary for a public agency. Pretty good work life balance but that will depend on your direct supervisor

If you’re an “affiliate,” there are no growth opportunities, no recognition, many of the company systems don’t work or make sense for you and you’re not seen as part of the company. There’s a big optical focus on equity, but only for certain equity populations, not all.
