      Pros

      Great organization to work for. Very flexible and employee-oriented. Great wellness program offered to employees encouraging them to live a healthy lifestyle - - including a wellness workout facility complete with scheduled classes.

      Cons

      Pay is low and most positions require degrees. Grant driven soft money - - makes it difficult to build a career at MPHI.

      You get paid by MPHI but work in the organization you are posted to. Amazing benefits (health and all, State benefits) Cush job

      Being away from the org, you really dont know much. Pay could be slightly better

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Salary is pretty good for a non-profit organization. A lot of room for growth. Several benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, a gym, generous amount of paid time off.

      Cons

      Some employees can feel "trapped" in their positions and feel there is little room for growth. To move up, you must be a go-getter and have a manager that supports the effort.
