Interface with Michigan Department of Health staff for mulitple initiatives and projects. Offers a more flexible work week such as part time or full time as needed.

Cons

Many of the positions require staff to work in downtown Lansing at Michigan Department of Community Health versus in the more easily accessabile Okemos office.

The Benefits are absolutely wonderful. This was the only reason i stayed at the company as long as I did.

MPHI offers Good benefits. Staff will be friendly initially.

Cons

Your leaders are not trained well and neither is your staff. Team work is unheard of. Many team members sit at their desk and talk all day while others try to meet dead lines. People working until their day is done is rare. If you accept a position be ready to do two positions. Very unfair way of doing reviews. If someone doesn't like you, yo will be fired.
