      Pros

      Company really lives up to its values, support their employees, and care about what they do and who they have. People are passionate about their jobs and so kind!

      Cons

      It’s a non-profit so funds are limited but they do try to pay as competitively as possible and reward people for hard work.

      MPHI is an incredible organization to work for. They invest in their employees, offer great benefits, like PTO.

      Cons

      Being a contracted employee for state government has some significant limitations - there are no opportunities to advance. You are not truly part of decision-making processes, you simply manage a program or an area of work that may change over time. Your actual manager will be a state employee.
