Pros
Amazing insurance and retirement benefits. Most employees are given cost of living and merit raises every year. Most employees are contracted thought MPHI, but actually work entirely for the State of Michigan. Specifically, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Many positions are remote.
Cons
HR is extremely disorganized and they do not update their onboarding instructional documents. There were a couple times they sent me email templates without even filling in my name. Certain things in the onboarding process were completely different than the instructions that they sent out to new employees.
