Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. As you mentioned, we offer the opportunity to gain experience with leading technologies in different industries and functional areas. In terms of communication, we are continuing to expand our internal and external tools. Most recently, we implemented Skype for Business across the organization to allow for instant messages, calls, and business meeting from virtually anywhere through a user friendly interface. We hope you continue to share your feedback via our bi-annual reviews, Career Advising Program, or other available channels. Thank you!

High turnover rate

Business Outlook

Pros

You gain hands on experience in various technologies.

Cons

Not enough workforce to handle the client base. Unexpected layoffs. You get a low ball offer for compensation. It is not uncommon to have an associate quit the company within a year due to the high turnover rate. No formal training. There is no work life balance. You were expected to drive in flooded waters during Hurricane Harvey. PTO days are low. You get paid once a month. Corrupted management is greedy with the budget and will hire cheap to fill their own pockets. This is another reason for the turnover rate. Shady practices when attempting to gain or retain clients. Get ready to be thrown under the bus.
