Lack of employee development.

**ITM side, primarily the SMB group. I can't speak for the CTRM side of the business.** • There is a general distrust employees have of upper management. • Managers are so incredibly busy they are disconnected from their team and what’s going on in them. • Organization and ticket management. Employees aren’t sure how to track the time they take to use the restroom. Everything is broken down to a granular level; time buckets for email management, meetings, documentation, training, etc. • Be prepared to do anything management tells you to do, even it’s completely off from what you’d expect. • Below market average salaries, benefits are mediocre. • Be wary of “promises” or “incentives” (training etc.) at employment. This appears to be a part of the recruitment process to achieve the below market salary. • Small team/environment – So expect general office drama and cherry picking.
