Pros

I worked as a Summer Intern with MRE and it was a great experience. The people there are always willing to help out a fellow employee. I was thrown into the fire on several occasions, but there was always someone there reaching out to make sure I understood the process of their business. Also, from top to bottom, everyone in the company is easily accessible. I could go into the CEO's office anytime of the day and he would welcome me. Same goes all the way down to the Business Analysts. Everyone seemed to love what they were doing and enjoyed helping other people.

Cons

It's consulting, so no surprise here, but a lot of traveling can get old quickly.

Pros

This is a strong, growing company, with a good overall culture and work ethic. They take good care of their employees, particularly when it comes to professional development, and it is an excellent place to develop new skills or hone existing ones. This company also is very tight-knit, and it's easy to develop excellent personal and professional relationships with people at all levels in the company.

Cons

Growing companies often have associated growing pains, and sometimes it's unclear what direction a group or team may be headed. When reorganizing, sometimes it's easy to feel lost.
