Thank you for your feedback on your experience at MRE. A career in consulting can be difficult to navigate, especially if you are in a sales position. The goal of MRE’s Career Advising Program (CAP) is to support each person’s individual needs and career goals. MRE recently implemented a performance management process to enable employees to set/track career goals and capture/provide regular feedback about their performance. This process also includes 360-degree feedback from project team members on project managers and Career Advisors, so team members are prompted to raise concerns regularly and anonymously. In addition, MRE fosters a culture of continuous learning and development and encourages its employees to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
