Pros

They bought us lunch every other week and there was a gym we could use.

Cons

Horrible leadership- there never seemed to be real leadership in the organization. Promotions were based on who you were friends with or who liked you. It was obvious when there were tensions between upper management and it affected the work environment. The micromanagement of employees was overwhelming. Decisions were made without consulting those in the role, which caused more conflict and a ton of unnecessary work. Due to the amount of unnecessary work thrown on employees everyday there was mandatory overtime to finish things. Racism was rampant in the organization as well. Underrepresented populations were never given a chance to advance and were strung along like they would one day be promoted, but when there was a position available it would go to someone (white) who had only been there for a few months and who wasn't even good at their job. Pete is tone-deaf to the struggles of his employees. I only spoke to him once and all he did was tell a story about an expensive car he bought for his dad while on vacation. Apparently he was at the office everyday, but I never saw him.

Pros

Not a single one, unless you are lazy and want to stand around for hours and get sent home.

Cons

No training, 10 min to learn a job and then you are expected to teach new people how to do it. My supervisor never even learned how to do it! That was my second day....... This company is insane, I was hired via text message, accepted the position and was told the wrong schedule, via text. I tried to clarify the schedule and was berated from a phone number I can't call back. 1st day there I was told that I had to "just stand around" because the supervisor was late. When the supervisor finally showed up they left 15 min later to drive around the parking lot for 10 min??? Never figured that out. Upon they're return I was told to clock in on a cell phone. My hours were supposed to reflect the time I arrived and left. They don't. Short 1.5 hours because the supervisor wasn't there so I couldn't have been? We stood around for 3 hours talking with the supervisor about how it's okay to show up to work high, drunk and hungover because MS Companies won't drug test you. SERIOUSLY! This was my first day and we were assigned to a company with very strict policies for quality and drug use. Must have been my long hair that made her think I needed to hear about that stuff. After 2 hours we actually did a little inspecting of parts. Maybe 3 parts then we were on our own. I was sent home an hour later due to lack of work, Time there 5.5 hours, Time paid 4 hours.......... That was day 1. Day 2. I show up early like I was asked to. Did not get paid for it. I was given 10 min of training and left to train other people that started that day. I had no clue what I was doing and expressed that repeatedly. Even said, who cares then I guess I'll just pass every part. I did, as did my supervisor. Guess what? I work tonight too lol. This is insane! I mean it's free money! Well I guess we'll see about that since it's not payday yet........wait yes it is! I was told that I would be paid today for the past 2 days via direct deposit. I might have if the supervisor actually entered my direct deposit info in the cell phone we all clock in on. They have an app you are required to use for training videos. The videos don't load..... even on a laptop. You try to login to your account on their website and it does nothing. Go ahead try lol. Click training. Nothing there, Schedule an orientation, wait that doesn't work either. This palce should not exist. They are making every temp service look useless. My supervisor loves her job and is happy stand around high passing defective parts. Oh and the schedule the keep telling me to follow is off by 1 hour every day.....useless If you want a good laugh, apply, accept a job, take the free money and walk away when you land a real job because no company in their right mind will ever hire you after they see you working with MS Comapnies at their facility. The one I'm at..... out of curiosity, I applied to see for myself if everything I've heard the last few weeks is true. Yup. Every. Single. Word. Let's see how far this goes! Worst case scenario, more content for open mic comedy nights and I am being paid for the material. ( I think )
