The ability to be promoted quickly. The ability to engage with others from all walks of life and learn new things. Learning to multitask is well used in this line of work.

Cons

Communication, communication, communication this company lacks in this field seriously. Changes daily, has no set standards, when asked for a book on policies and procedures for customer and client daily processing. Constant vicious cycle of replacing supervisor personnel without involving them in daily meetings. Learning new objectives and tasks through employees rather than management. Lack of communication between, customer, client, and employer. Based on a Georgia Employment At-Will they will fire you no matter what, even though they have a point system which they hardly use. A vicious cycle of hire and fire.

I love MS. I started working for them 4 years ago this month. I began as a Supervisor and advanced to Area Supervisor and now I'm Ops Manager of my area. This job has change my life and gave me opportunities of a life time. I have travel to California, Balitmore, Tennesse, Miss, and AL. I have learn and grew with MS and I could not picture working anywhere else. It is also great to work for a boss like my Director that always believes in me and has my back!!!

Cons

We have the best and newest technology to provide live and up to date information to our customers. We also use social networking to recruit new employess. Its nice to work for a company that is so tech savvy....
